Roasted Maitake Crostini: black truffle aioli, flat leaf parsley, fermented sweet onion, toasted brioche, Meyer lemon zest

Porcini-Crusted Beef Tenderloin: Chanterelles, Brussel sprouts, pan-roasted shallots, potato puree, creamy morel mushroom sauce

Please Note: We will require each guest to sign our Release Letter prior to the hunt.

All participants are requested to be vigilant during the hunt and not eat or expose themselves to mushrooms without prior confirmation of their safety and to also avoid the hazards of fallen trees and branches when walking in the forests.

Please do not bring dogs on the Hunt.
