Mushroom hunting at Fort Ross Vineyard

Join us for our Annual Mushroom Hunt! Guided by Patrick Hamilton and Mike McCurdy, both professional Mycologists for 40 years and Members of the Sonoma County Mushroom Association (SOMA). Discover hundreds of varieties of mushrooms that grow on the 900+ acres of untouched forest surrounding our vineyard.

Please Note: We will require each guest to sign our Release Letter prior to the hunt.

All participants are requested to be vigilant during the hunt and not eat or expose themselves to mushrooms without prior confirmation of their safety and to also avoid the hazards of fallen trees and branches when walking in the forests.

Please do not bring dogs on the Hunt.
