This limited-production sparkling wine is made in the traditional Champagne method. Mouthwatering acidity is underscored by crisp citrus, ripe apple, and a subtle strawberry note with a hint of toasted brioche. Beautiful to toast on its own, on a picnic or with summer appetizers.
