Pinot Noir & Strawberry Tapenade

Back to All Food & Wine Pairings »

Lively, bright red berry aromas immediately captivate the senses. This garnet-hued, medium-bodied Pinot Noir overflows with layers of wild strawberry, cherry, and plum with a hint of tart cranberry weaving through the energetic finish.

The aromas and flavors of our 2017 Bicentennial Pinot Noir are perefectly matched to the sweet and savory flavors of strawberry tapenade. Served on its own with chips or over salmon, pork, or chicken, this tapenade is as versatile as it is lovely. And yes, you can pair red wine with fish!
