Executive Chef Matthew Dolan has made his final menu selections and carefully paired them with wines curated by Wine Director Ceazar Kusik. Eight of our specially selected wines will be served during the dinner.
We will co-host this exciting evening with our winemaker, Jeff Pisoni, who will be discussing the wines served, our winemaking philosophy and recent vintages including our limited single-block cuvées.
You will be welcomed with a glass of our 2013 Sea Stars Blanc de Noir sparkling wine which we released for the first time this year.
